The Trucking Solutions Group will be conducting its sixth annual health awareness walk at the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas, Tx. on Saturday morning August 29, 2015 at 7 a.m.
This years’ walk will be conducted in conjunction with the GATS Fit For The Road 5K Run/Walk sponsored by Right Weigh Load Scales, to help promote a healthy lifestyle for truckers and a healthy cause and will be held out at the truck parking area at Fair Park.

Registration is $30 prior to the morning of the event and $40 on-site, with the proceeds going to the St. Christopher Truckers Development and Relief Fund. Included with your registration, participants will receive a pre-race packet which includes:
- GATS Fit for the Road 5K Run/Walk T-shirt
- Runners bib with build in timer
- Information on the Fit for the Road Health & Wellness Pavilion
Check-in will begin at the GATS Community Tailgate at Fair Park at 6:30 a.m., with a 7 a.m. start. Free round-trip shuttle service will be provided from the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center (formerly Dallas Convention Center) at 6 a.m.
Those interested who are not utilizing the truck parking are at Fair Park will need to catch the shuttle from the convention center at 6 a.m. or arrange their own transportation to the truck parking lot.
We’ll have an award ceremony at the end too, with medals being awarded for various categories.

The St. Christopher Fund is a 501(c) charity created to assist drivers whose medical problems have led to financial difficulties and the group is proud to be supporting their efforts.
